Who's the Daddy!
Double Damage is an instant effect utility - this means it is activated as soon as you pick it up.
This one does exactly what it says on the tin, everything takes off twice the amount of energy as it did before and everything that explodes has a larger blast radius.

Check out different combinations of this utility and the various weapons. Weapons with a bit of spread to them are effective, the Cluster Bomb in particular and that bouncing yellow 'Soft Fruit of Doom' can destroy whole halves of landscapes, lethal!

Usage

It can be obtained by collecting a utility crate. It is always active if the "Double Damage mode" in Wormpot is enabled, making crates containing it useless. Once it is active, the damage dealt by the weapon used in that turn is doubled, along with a boost to the size of the explosion. Other game settings such as fall damage and the damage of Mines and Oil Drums are also doubled.

Tips & Tricks

  • It is extremely useful to use HHG or the Banana Bomb. These bombs will create an extremely large explosion radius. Be careful though - its explosion radius may push or hurt your nearby friends.
  • The Shotgun and Uzi can be superweapons, powerful enough to kill a worm in one turn.
  • The French Sheep Strike will be the only weapon to reach for up to 1000 HP damage; each of the sheep causes up to 200 damage if affected by the Double Damage.
